When I went online to find help I stumbled across Consolidated Credit, they day my payment plan was put in place was the day I started breathing again. Consolidated negotiated lower interest rates and set up a payment plan. I paid back every dollar I owed which was important to me. Consolidated does not charge any outrageous fees or make outrageous claims. I think one of the stellar qualities of Consolidated is their Customer Service. I was on the program for 3 years and had to call to change payment dates, ask questions, one time I even cried(and it was to a young man) they were always kind, helpful and went above and beyond to explain my options and how they would impact me and my plan. I honestly can't stress how incredible their customer service is.
While it's hard to admit financial mistakes to people, I have said that Consolidated Credit saved our lives and I do highly recommend them to anyone struggling.
