I asked David to be the inspector because of previous positive reviews I read. David was very punctual, friendly, professional, organized, and thorough. I heard from my agent that many inspectors often only use binoculars for visual roof inspection. For that reason, I greatly appreciate the efforts David spent to actually get onto the roof to perform the inspection, especially on such a hot day. David is a very experienced inspector and his inspection provided us with valuable and informative insights into that property. We ordered an independent follow-up inspection based on David’s findings and recommendation, and the issues and concerns discovered by David initially were all confirmed and further examined in the more specialized secondary inspection.
