We were fortunate to have our inspection scheduled quickly. As promised, the inspector was very thorough as promised. He answered all questions as we asked with informative responses and suggestions. Because of heavy rain, the roof and termite had to be completed another day - which was done as expected. All in all, will hire Bryan & Bryan again and keep their number handy to refer to friends.
