We had Luke Patrick from Bryan & Bryan inspect our new home purchase. He was very professional and efficient. First he provided some information on the builder and then explained the process. He also provided me with some blue tape to mark anything I spotted. After spending several hours diligently checking the house, he went through all his findings with me (including photos and severity of the issue). That evening, we received an emailed report documenting all we discussed.
