The inspector went above and beyond in my opinion while inspecting my still under construction new home. He was extremely thorough and very informative thru the entire inspection. His report included a summary but also a detailed record of every finding along with pictures of everything. I am more than satisfied with the inspection and feel I received great value for the cost.
