Our inspector Chance Phillips was great. He walked us through the whole process before starting and if something came up, he would come right to us to point it out and explain what he thought might be the problem and what it would take to solve it. We can not say enough good things about the service we received and will be using them again as we continue to search for a beach house in Galveston.
