Our family is moving from Northern Virginia to Texas. We knew the approximate location we wanted, but because this area has so many beautiful homes to offer, the process to find the perfect home for us has been a long one. We hired Bryan and Bryan to inspect the home for us. Most everyone can walk in a home and find what they consider to be cosmetic flaws. That's not what these guys come in for. Their inspection was beyond thorough. They spent hours at the home with us. They checked everything from electrical, septic, heating and cooling systems, swimming pool and more. They even checked for things we may not have thought of, including a termite inspection. And, they did find an active termite colony. Fortunately, it was small and hadn't created any real damage. The sellers agreed to treat the termites as well as fix an issue with the septic system. The inspection gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision and also negotiating power! The team was also extremely congenial which made the entire process less stressful. Now we know our dream home will actually be our dream home and not a potential money pit. Can't wait for the move!
