Our inspector David showed up early and stayed over 2 hours going over every tiny detail of the house. He was extremely thorough and well-knowledged. He went over all of his findings at the end of inspection, explaining his recommendations in detail. We had our full comprehensive and summary reports in our inbox that same night.
