They do not show up for appointments. When they do show up, they don't provide the services paid for. When you ask for the services paid for, there is no urgency, even if you're under time constraints. They will tell you they're going to do something and then not do it. If you upset them, the owner (Tim) will call you at your house in the evenings to argue with you, send derogatory texts to you in the evenings, and write negative comments on your Facebook page. Working with them is not worth the risk! Hire someone who does what they say they're going to do.
