Another noted New Orleans tile roofing company turned us down, they just didn't want to work on a concrete tile roof. The Shifflett company's one star review from Slidell was cause for concern. Tim assured me that he doesn't even drink.
Buying a house in New Orleans from a distance has been tedious. We had water coming in at every rain, a cause for much lost sleep. Tim contracted the job over the phone, had his seven man crew there at seven the next morning and had us water-tight in one day.
Tim went way past our expectations on our gorgeous terra cotta ridge tiles. We contracted with him to replace our concrete ridges with terra cotta, and fix seven or eight broken field tiles and Tim replaced twenty two.
