WOW!! That's all I can say about my experience with Mammoth Detail. I work for the Apple Store where we like to surprise and delight our customers. Much of Apple's success is due to the leve of customer service we provide. With Mammoth, I've finally found somewhere else that shares the same philosophy! My husband and I have used Mammoth to clean our cars in the past, but recently found a "good" deal on having our cars detailed. What sounded like a "good" deal turned into a nightmare. Both cars were left with a wax residue and the owner of the company told my husband that it was just the paint on the car oxidizing and then cussed him out and hung up on him. My husband sent me to Mammoth to see if they could fix the mess. I was told it would cost $45 for Mammoth to "try" to fix the problem, but no promises were made that the problem could definitely be fixed. Well, half an hour later, Jason, the manager, and Ismael tell me that not only did they completely reverse the damage, but they weren't going to charge me since I'd already paid someone else to detail my car. They also found overspray on my car, and told me I could schedule a detail with Mammoth and they can fix that as well. Thank you doesn't seem strong enough to express the gratitude I feel. You have made a life-long customer out of me! Thank you for your above and beyond service, Jason and Ismael! I definitely left surprised and delighted and will recommend you to anyone looking to have their car cleaned!
