Jeff from San Diego Carpet Repair is great. I was having some work done in my house and the carpet needed to be repaired. My contractor was not able to do the repair himself so I told him he was responsible for finding someone since he caused the problem. So he recommended Jeff but told me that Jeff wouldn't be available until December. That was unacceptable to me, so I looked around online. In a funny coincidence, I found San Diego Carpet Repair and called them myself. Jeff told me that he could be available in two days to do the repair. I thought it was a funny story and told Jeff that he must have a good reputation if we both called him independently of the other. It was also humorous that he told the contractor, who he has a business relationship with, that he couldn't be available for several weeks but he told me, a stranger, that he could come sooner. It turned out that he came the very next day and did a fantastic job. He also has a sense of humor and is a funny guy in addition to being technically good. Five stars for San Diego Carpet Repair.
