This was my first time using San Diego Carpet Repair. I have a rental that the tenants left major pet urine and some carpet damage. They came in and cleaned both the upstairs and downstairs and tried to repair a ripped piece of carpet by stretching it. The odor did not go away the first time and they came back a second time and cleaned the entire house again. When I closed up the house and left it to see if the odor was gone I could still smell it and decided to just rip out the carpet and replace it with laminate flooring. These guys are good at what they do and are very nice. They did try to get the carpets clean enough for "move in ready" for my next tennant, but it just wasn't possible. I may be a bit more sensitive to animal smells than some. I would have given them a five star rating had they been able to accommodate. I do feel, however, that they did their best and sometimes you just have to tell a customer that no matter what they do it just will not come out of the carpet. I'm sure they do good work but it didn't work for the damage done to the rental home. They were nice and very helpful and this was a learning experience for my first rental property.
