This was my first time using San Diego Carpet Repair recently and overall the work was satisfactory. They had been recommended to us by a friend so we decided to give them a call. We inquired about their carpet repair and cleaning services for a couple rooms in our home, they provided us with a pretty reasonable estimate and we were able to set up a time for them to come by. The team that came out was friendly and professional, the repair went very well and the cleaning went smoothly too. However, the final cost significantly differed from the estimate we received over the phone. Also, the carpets in one of the rooms were moist for quite a while after the cleaning. Overall, everything went well and we are happy with the service.
