I have used this service for carpet repair, tile grout cleaning and carpet cleaning. They are excellent. I had a carpet that became very frayed at a couple of thresholds. We thought we might need to change the carpet out. They repaired it and stretched it out a couple of years ago and you would never know, it looks brand new.
Also we had tile flooring that had dirty looking grout from wax cleaning, and they cleaned it 3 years ago and brought them back to life.
Finally we have used them to clean our carpets and they really do a deep clean, old school stains disappear and the carpet looks new again.
