San Diego Carpet Repair were great. They were on time and they were very quick. They addressed all of my concerns with regard to pet related issues, like stains, shedding, etc. The carpet was very clean when they were done; exactly as they had promised. They were professional and polite during our interactions; definitely five star customer service. This was my first time using them, but I would absolutely go back to them when I need.
