I quoted a cleaning carpet job with San Diego Carpet repair. When Jeff showed up, he found the job was bigger than he expected. I needed carpet cleaned in two rooms and a miscommunication resulted with Jeff expecting to service a single room. We were able to work out pricing for both rooms and Jeff completed the job.

He seemed like he was trying to do a good job and handled everything professionally. However, the carpets looked worse than when he'd arrived. The flat carpeted areas had stains that had been there before the cleaning. And the stairway carpet had new stains that surfaced once the carpet was dry.

I'm in the process of trying to get Jeff to come back, but he's been short with re-establishing a time commitment. He seems like a nice guy, but unfortunately I wouldn't do business with him again.
