Roger did a good job. We really like the shades. It was during the pandemic, so the shades took a while to come in, but everything was taking extra time back then. The reason we called them back just recently is because we had painters in. The painters put the shades back up incorrectly, so we called Roger. He took care of everything. They gave us great service! They were prompt and efficient.
