Roger at Shades in Place was recommended to us by a friend after buying new construction. I am glad we listened and would highly recommend him as well! He is extremely knowledgeable and listened to all our needs. He had great recommendations for what would work for us. After ordering the shades his communication was excellent on timing and what to expect. The installation process with Roger and Kevin was great, they didn't leave until we completely understood how to operate the shades. As they were installing one of the shades Roger noticed a small hole that happened during the delivery process, honestly, I would have never noticed it. Kevin came by within a week and replaced the shade at no cost of course. The attention to detail and customer service is phenomenal. I will be using them again in the future.
