Roger was a champ! He did an amazing job installing in a very old building, with a bowed wall and very heavy cornices and draperies. These had to be installed 180" high. To complicate things further, I was from out of town and unable to be there until the day of installation to see the actual space. Everything was done through phone calls, pictures and emails. There were several challenges that had to be worked out the day of installation but Roger remained cool headed and together, with the help of another amazing colleague, we were able find solutions and the install went off without a hitch. Would definitely recommend Roger to anyone.
