Roger, the owner, is a very personable and professional individual. He did a precise and meticulous job of installing the shades for me. Five were manually operated and one was remote controlled. They work perfectly. He was also very kind about doing several other little things for me that were not part of the job. I appreciated that. Overall, he did a terrific job for me!
