I've had Roger and Shades In Place Inc. out here three times now, and they have been fantastic every time! I first had them out to install plantation shutters, and afterward had them install shutters on my two-story foyer. Scheduling is easy, and Roger does such a good job. If he can't finish a project on day one, he will come back out the following day, before starting another job, and complete the work. A year after installing these battery-powered shades, the batteries themselves were dying. I called him up and told him I didn't have the ability to change the batteries, as they were located on the second floor and I had no way to access them. He came up with an ingenious solution, moving down the battery casing to the first floor and disguising it to make sure it wasn't noticeable. He told me he didn't want me to risk hurting myself on attempting to access the batteries and scheduled this work on his day off. He is a man of his word and backs up his work, no matter how long it's been. Roger is absolutely amazing and I would definitely use his company again.
