Roger is fast becoming an honorary family member! This is the 3rd time we have had him come back. We have motorized shades on our upper windows (two-story great room) and when the batteries started to fade, we were worried about having to change them as they were too high and we didnt have the means to get up there. Roger came to the rescue and ingeniously installed extensions on the battery wands and moved them to the bottom of the window sills so we could reach them with a standard ladder. He hid the wiring and put the wands in a case so as to blend in with the window trim. Great work as always! Thanks Roger!
