We had a very old blind that was bought and installed in our business eighteen years ago. Well, it broke, and I had trouble finding a company that would come fix a blind that they hadn't installed themselves. Finally, one of the companies that wouldn't do the repair recommended Shades In Place Inc. Roger came immediately and gave the shade a temporary fix. Then he ordered the part and came back to fix it properly. That is what I call great customer service! Being willing to work on shades that they didn't even install made me grateful.
