My son saw Shades In Place's truck while he was driving so he followed it and when they stopped he asked them for a card and explained that I was looking into getting Plantation shutters. The truck he stopped was Roger's and Roger gave me a call. He brought out samples and explained the features and life span of them. Their pricing was good so I went with them. The installers showed up on time and were professional. When they came out for the initial inspection they did say since the home is over 80 years old and has settled some of the Plantation shutters may not work. They did work perfectly for four of the seven windows. For the three that they were not straight because of how the home settled Roger came back out and did blinds in those windows instead of the Plantation shutters and he didn't charge me! So the dining room and kitchen were great and now the family room is too with the blinds! I couldn't be happier! I have already recommended them to others and I will continue to use Shades In Place Inc.!
