We needed a picture installation over a tall stairway. We also live at the top of a brownstone with several narrow turns in the staircase below our apartment. The first time Roger came he was unable to get his fourteen foot ladder up the staircase. (It was my fault as I had not told him all the details over the phone).He came back a week later with another ladder set up that was exactly what was needed to complete the job! The installation also required that the 2 large pieces be matched up exactly. Roger completed the installation efficiently and accurately. The piece looks great thanks to Roger. We could not be more pleased with his work!
