I have known Shades In Place almost since the beginning of this business and I highly recommend them. Roger is hardworking and it's great for me to see how far his business has come. They offer very good customer service and that is important to me. The first ever time I used their service, they installed a skylight shade in the upstairs bathroom. It went well and since then I have used them on many occasions. The work they do has been always wonderful. They give you nothing but the best. I have never met anyone like him. He is very conscientious and he is mindful and courteous of other people's spaces. For example, he always uses shoe covers when he comes in so he never tracks dirt inside. He makes sure he doesn't just dump stuff everywhere. He is just very neat and clean. It just really is an awesome experience having him work. Most recently he replaced the window covering in a bedroom. They had originally installed it many years ago, and I didn't want it anymore and wanted new blinds instead. Roger did a great job of guiding me to an appropriate replacement. He never steps on your toes but he knows how to advise a client. He is very helpful and is a people person. For him, it's not about the money but making sure his client has the best and right thing. He won't give you the option that is most expensive or least expensive, but the one that works best for you.
