For some reason I cannot give the service rating 1 star

Terrible service - no communication with customer - they did $300 of unauthorized work to my vehicle without my permission and overlooked a service bulletin that said that GM would pay for the work.
They would not refund my money either.
The work was fine - I'm not attacking their mechanics who were friendlier and offered more information than there service coordinator.

The sales department is much worse. They should be facing legal action for what they try to pull. I called to ask about a car for under $10K and they tell me that they have a great car and that I should stop by. They pull up in a Volkswagen with a $17K sticker on it. I tell them that I can't afford the car before I get in and they tell me not to worry about the price. After I test drove it and told them that I wasn't interested they asked me to stop in to see their finance guy. I reluctantly went in where they tried to convince me that I needed this car and that my current car was no good. They offered me next to nothing on the trade - said that capital one auto finance was a lousy company and that I should finance through their company - and then tried to tell me that with my trade and a $2K down payment - my monthly payment would be $538 a month on 60 month loan! I haven't gone through and calculated the interest on that - but I know it is ridiculous. I flat out told him no way and stood up. Two salesmen immediately stepped into the door way and blocked my escape. They calmly told me to sit back down and they would "try" something else. Eventually they got the loan lowered to $450 a month with the same terms. I still told them "no way" and said that I had to get going and moved more aggressively toward the door. This time I squeezed out - literally having to push the two salesman out of my way. As I left the guy chased me down and told me that he could approve $350 payments - which were still not what I wanted to pay for a 7 year old car with high miles. Unreal.
Worst company ever.
