We had wanted a pool for about four years. I did an internet search for pool builders in my area and we went through the process of having a few of them come in. Eventually, we got an in-ground flashy pool and 500 gallons of chlorine from Anthony & Sylvan. I enjoy the whole thing about it. We jump in it as often as we could especially with this Houston weather. I do this as soon as I'm done working on my yard.

Furthermore, the scheduler and the project manager were both responsive because there were times when I couldn't get them directly. In such cases, I got a callback or an email fairly quickly. I didn't feel I was being avoided or neglected at all. The project manager even gave me his direct cell phone number. So when we had an issue where I had a question on one of the projects that was being done and it was after hours, he called me back about 30 minutes later. Overall, the information made me feel at ease, so I was very pleased.
