"I chose Anthony & Sylvan Pools because it is a national brand but it was my salesman ** that really sold me on my pool. He was absolutely wonderful. I have a medical condition and he listened to everything that I needed. He made some addendum to the work before they broke ground. He made sure that he extended the benches within the pool because of my medical condition (I customized it. It can only be from 2 feet to 5 feet type of thing.) ** would always be my go-to guy. He would contact my project manager if I was having an issue. I felt so comfortable with him that he would come out to the house when I had a problem or concern.

Everything went very smoothly. My project manager would leave messages in the bag where all the inspections would go into so I would know that he was here and then all the other people that came out for whether it was the gunite or for the concrete, they personally will contact me and I would speak to them on the phone and we would set it up to make sure that I was home or at least I knew they were coming, they were on their way or when they were scheduled to come.

April 26th the day I'm opening it, just that my family, my children can enjoy it, I will be out there swimming and I am going to use it pretty much every single day because I'm the one who takes care of it and I'm the one that deals with every issue that happens to it. As my husband says this is my new baby. Yes, it is my baby. I'm cleaning it, I'm the one relaxing near it, my peace and quiet, and it's absolutely gorgeous. It's a free form pool with a sun shelf and a rock wall on it with the water shears coming out. It's an entertainer's dream. That's truly what I love about my pool and my kids are enjoying it as much as I am.
