I went with the company for my pool service because I felt like I could trust them, especially because they were the original people who did the pool. I think her name is Sandy, but she is very personable. I feel like they remember who I am, and she remembered me from the year before. We had an issue with the pool at one point, and customer service was able to help rectify the situation relatively quickly. I would recommend them.
