Our pool was probably 27 years old and I believe that Sylvan built it originally. We had a company that closes our pool and we were trying to get his contractor to give us a price to redo the pool for a couple of years now. We had another guy that we've done work for and we tried to get him for over a year to get pricing. However, my son actually wound up getting a brochure in the mail and that's when we called and got tied up with Anthony & Sylvan.

The guy who came out to meet with us to sell us the pool in general was excellent. He was a young fellow, very detail-oriented and made some good suggestions. We had a gunite pool and they power washed it and redid the tile. They wound up fixing three or four collapsed lines so they did quite a bit of work. The person who scheduled the work was very good, very cooperative and returned phone calls. He was excellent. We had a lady that we dealt with for finance and she was also very nice.

The whole pool, the look in general, the brick coping and the tile work turned out very nice. The only one negative, was the project manager who was a little difficult to deal with. He was the one we call when there was an issue and to get some things done. Overall, I would recommend them, from the person that we met with to the guy who we scheduled with, to the lady and to the workers who were all very polite.
