We got Anthony & Sylvan to renovate our pool last summer because they were the ones who built it in 1997. They remodeled all of it but the decking and were very thorough and efficient. They explained everything and helped us pick out colors. They called me to let me know when they were coming and when there was a slight problem with installing a light in the spa they told me that it was going to be two weeks before they could get to me. But I had the whole team here the next day. I'm not sure what they did to make that happen, but we were very grateful. We had been waiting on getting this pool done and had asked to get it started in the spring. They started it about a month later. And then we wanted to have our daughter's high school graduation party, so they went overtime to try to get that done as soon as possible. They sped up the process and were able to help us out. It was a good experience.

Now our pool doesn't look like $@!#% anymore. The tiles aren't falling off and it looks beautiful, like a brand new pool. We also got a new heater along with it and the guy who came out was saying that we were going to have the gas company hook it up. However, they ran into a problem with the electrical while putting in the new light when we swapped lights because they had the wrong size. So they turned around and the next guy who came not only put in the new light that they got, he also hooked up the gas. They hooked everything up and I didn't have to do anything. They were amazing. I recommended them to a friend who needs to redo her pool and our consultant went out to her house already.
