No Pressure Sale and Easy Process
I went to school with a gentleman who has some seniority at the Anthony & Sylvan and when we're thinking about pools, it was the only name we were thinking of because of their national presence and recognition. So we got a concrete chlorine pool and roughly 650 square feet from them. However, getting a pool wasn't something that we were planning. We were just inquiring about it initially, but we decided to pursue it because we live in a community with a pool which has some significant restrictions. Fortunately for us, the experience was very attractive from the salespeople's standpoint and we felt really comfortable with the sales people and then we moved forward.
The process of purchasing the pool was easy and it wasn't high pressure. The sales manager came over and went through his process. Then my wife, family and I got the chance to think through it. And once we confirmed it, we contacted our sales director. Then that's when he brought in the project manager. The project manager was there the entire way for us and he walked us through the whole process, including the expectations not only from Anthony & Sylvan but also from the customer's side of the equation as well, which was very helpful. And the scheduling department was on point and kept us in tuned to everything. They got it in 30 days from cradle to grave and they caught it on the tail end in time for summer. So now, we're looking forward of having the entire summer with it and to unwind in it. And I really like the way it presents and the convenience of having it right in my backyard.
