They built my pool and have been servicing it since 2005. I feel comfortable with them. They know what to do and do it correctly I used to go to the retail store to get supplies. I've had a long relationship with them. I'm quite pleased with them. I would call the office or go to the main office in Doylestown. My favorite thing about working with Anthony & Sylvan is their follow through. I call them my brothers from another mother. We have a good relationship. I have gone through several of them, some of them have become permanent, so I request them. Since COVID-19, some have since left. The younger guy is quite good too and is now my primary person. Whatever I instruct them to do, they will do. They even give me a call confirming they completed my requests and ask if there is anything else that's needing to be done. It's a big national company. They are responsive and have good customer service. From my experience and the value, I am very happy with them. I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan's pool service team to others.
