I had used Anthony/Sylvan to install my pool 20 years ago. Over time the pool was ready for a resurfacing and a change in the tiles.
One call was all that was needed to have a representative come with samples of pool finishes and tile ideas.
I received a quote two days after the sales person arrived and scheduled the work for three weeks later. Sylvan was on time the day they were suppose to arrive. The crew was very organized and got the work done perfectly and on time.
About a month after installation i noticed some streaking in the pool so i called Sylvan to take a look. The regional manager John Z. was at my house the next day. As it turns out the issue was the pool chemicals not a defect. (John Z. is a very dedicated customer service person and very knowledgable about every aspect of pools)
