Anthony & Sylvan Pools

Project Manager Was Wonderful

I told one of my teenage children about getting a new pool and she got very excited. Then I told her to research on pool builders, and she found Anthony & Sylvan. It's a snap decision. We filled out the contact information on the internet and they called us the same as we inquired, which happened to be the 4th of July and it's very surprising that they would be working on that day.

My project manager, Dan, was wonderful. I could call him up on anything that I needed and if I had to leave him a message, he'd call me back right away. If I e-mailed him, he e-mailed me back very quickly. When they filled the pool with water, apparently, one of the valves was open and nobody knew it. I didn't know how to fix that issue and I called him. We were away at a school function and when we got home there was a note from the gentleman that filled the pool with water. I called Dan around 9:00 at night and left him a voicemail. He called me back within ten minutes and at 10:00 at night, I'm out at my pool controls with a flashlight and he's telling me how to fix the problem. That is excellent customer service. Not everybody's gonna call somebody back that late and walk through on how to stop the pool from draining itself when we just got it filled with water.

We got a free form and it does a have spa, and we haven't gotten to swim in our pool yet because it wasn't completed until October. We only got to look at it with the nice, crisp, blue water. Then we used our spa until December and we have really enjoyed it. My daughter is a competitive gymnast. We would get home at about 6:00 in the evening and I would turn it on and have it heat up while I was going to get her. We'd chill out, get in the spa, relax there for an hour or so, then go in and have dinner and it was really nice.

Now we're looking forward to having it opened again. If the weather holds and it doesn't rain or snow, it's supposed to be opened at the end of March. We're also looking forward to getting back in the spa. When it warms up, I know my kids want to get it the pool for the first time. We're looking forward to being able to use it this year.
