Anthony & Sylvan installed our free-form pool with a spa in 1997. We got he pool 20 years ago because our son was in middle school and we had built a home and moved in at ‘96 with the intention that we would put a pool in for his high school and college. For his growing up years, it would be a good idea to have his friends over to our house and keep an eye on things and get to know his friends.
When it came time to renovate the pool this year, I decided to go with the people who had put it in. I had very excellent dealings with their salesman, Michael. Also, things were done in a timely manner. The demolition crew came on one day and the installation crew was going to come on the next day, but it was raining so there was one day in between. I was really quite amazed at how quick they were. I thought that they can’t finish that in one day, but they did in both times. That was lovely in terms of not having to have schedule disrupted at home by people being here. Then, it took a while for the mastic crew to come because we had such a rain in summer but they were very good also. Everybody was pleasant and very nice to deal with and very respectful. It was a good experience overall and I couldn’t have imagined it would be that good. The pool is very beautiful and I like looking at it.
