Anthony and Sylvan built my pool in the fall of 1998. I chose them once for renovation when I needed the pool resurfaced and I had some other work done. And then I had bigger problems with the tiles. I have a wall at the end of an all-night pool cover that goes on and off and I have a raised spa alongside of the pool. I've also had two other entities that I dealt with loose tiles that I tried to have it corrected but ended up not too great. So this was a little bit bigger job. The ones that I had been dealing with told me I'd have to do the tile work of the entire pool all the way around the inside which I find ridiculous because there's absolutely nothing wrong with the tiles on two of the walls. I thought they just wanted to rob me off of my money. So, I called and inquired with Anthony & Sylvan, then they came out and took a look at it.

They gave me a price which was even less than what I was being quoted and they were gonna do the job that needed to be done, place the tiles around both of the skimmers in that wall. They redid the spa completely and it looked fabulous. The consultant was the same one that I had previously when they came out and I had the pool re-plastered, and we had the three dolphins around a beach ball and they did it again, to my specifications. So, in both cases, I got answers back promptly.

The only unfortunate thing they couldn't do for me was that they couldn't get me the tile in the size and the color that I had complained years ago because the company was no longer making them. They weren't available and it wasn't going to look good. So, we just went with a solid blue all the way around the spa and across the top and set over white stripes through the middle of them. Their team showed up on the date they said they were coming out and did the work.

Originally, we were just gonna do a part of the spa but when they got into it, it made more sense to redo that entire thing to which I agreed. It seemed crazy to do part of the job and then a year or two later, we'll have more that needs to be redone again. So, the entire spa was raised off the side of the pool. Everyone was interested and involved. They respected my feelings. They gave me honest answers when I asked tough questions. Their job was done confidently and it looks gorgeous. I have a three-year warranty on the work that they performed. So, I'm really confident I'm not gonna have any problems. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience.
