Out of all the pool companies that we called to come to give us a quote, Anthony and Sylvan were the only ones that listened. They designed what we wanted without trying to sell us something we didn't want. We have been thinking about a pool for 30 days. We started looking online and researching customer feedback. They were the first company I contacted and I called 3 more companies. It is a freeform pool with no spa. We did the decking ourselves. It is a very basic pool and what we wanted. My favorite thing about our pool is that we have one. The kids love it and it's a very basic form in the ground with water. I love the fact that we don't have to go to a public pool and the kids can have friends over. The salesman who came out the first and second time to show us the pool provided exceptional service. He listened, he was thoughtful, and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He noticed the grate of our backyard and told us what would have to be done because of it. He was a thorough salesperson and I couldn't have asked for a better person to come and explain. He gave me what we wanted. The sales process exceeded my expectations. The build process met our expectations, for the most part. They were done a little sooner than I thought they would be. At no time were we pushed and they explained everything throughout the process. They mega exceeded our expectations for the majority.
