They have been absolutely excellent as far as their timeline, and kept us aware every step of the way. We'd been thinking about a pool for 35 years. There were several competitors in the area, but our neighbors had had bad experiences with the competitors. We talked to one neighbor who referred us to Anthony & Sylvan. The pool is freeform with a water feature, but no spa. It holds 13k gallons. I love the quality of the construction. The amount of input we were allowed to have as far as colors and trim was amazing. Burt Cavanaugh is gold. He was Johnny-on-the-spot. He answered my calls and text within minutes, sometimes seconds. The man that put together the plan for us, per our suggestions, was exceptional. The clean-up crew was very polite and very aware of the property and not wanting to damage anything. I'm very tickled. The anxiety level of keeping the chemical balance correct was mind boggling, but the person sent out to explain it did so very well, in layperson terms that clarified for us.
