Anthony & Sylvan Pools

Very Thorough

The staff did what they said they were going to do. They gave me more information than I needed, and that's a good thing. It's a mess when they are making a pool, but they prepared me for the mess that there was going to be. They were very thorough describing it and said it was going to be worse than they described it to be. They were honest and forthcoming.I had been thinking about a swimming pool for about 4 years before contacting Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I heard about Anthony & Sylvan Pools by Googling them. They did have a very high star rating, and it was during the pandemic. A lot of people had doubled their prices, were unavailable, or had a waiting list. Anthony & Sylvan Pool's prices were still the same and they didn't jack their prices up during the pandemic. We were happy with the price and the pool. I have a geometric pool. It does not have a spa. It's gorgeous. The steps are in the corner. The coving is nice. The interior is not black, but it's the darkest you can legally get due to code restrictions. It's 15x20. It has pencil jets. I am not happy with one of the pencil jets, but I am learning to live with it. My favorite things about my pool are that it's heated and it has the most updated features. Everything is remote controlled and I can control it with my cell phone. I can put everything on a timer so the pencil jets and the light come on when I want them to. I don't have to manually do it. It has the newest filtration system in it. I can regulate the speed of the jets. They can be low or high and shoot across the yard. But it has all the latest features. For a small pool, it is high tech and the technology has changed a lot. I would like to recognize Roy, the lead guy/foreman that came out and inspected everything. He marked everything out, explained everything and told us what to expect during the construction at certain phases. He gave us a roadmap of everything that was going to happen along the way and when it was going to happen. I would like to recognize Rene Stone, who was the scheduler, and I would also like to recognize the salesguy, Travis. He was the one that showed us the concepts and did the 3-D pics of how it would look, what we could change, and things like that. It was a long process, but we knew it was going to be. Overall, there is nothing that stands out that I am displeased about.
