Everything was really good.We had been thinking about a pool for about 6 months before contacting Anthony & Sylvan Pools. We looked online for well known pool contractors and looked at reviews to see who we would select. Our pool does not have a spa. We decided not to get the jacuzzi because it is hot in Las Vegas already. We had a big backyard, so we did a standard rectangle pool with water fall, bar top, and bar stools. Our favorite things about our pool are the lights and how they automatically change the color in there, and the bar top stools, for sure. For exceptional service, I would like to recognize the gentleman who did our pool school, as well as Adam. Adam was phenomenal from the first time he came out. He answered all of our questions and gave clarification. Adam was great, he was awesome. I would also like to recognize the man who designed the pool. He listened to all of our wants and customized the layout with our backyard. As far as meeting or exceeding expectations, I expected them to not have such a quick response time with it being summer and everyone upgrading, and making adjustments, as well as the delays in materials. They kept us up to date with all sorts of communication including delays, progression, we won't be out this week, or we'll be out tomorrow. They kept us well-informed.
