They built my pool 24 years ago. I am having them replace the coping and tile now. I have had more trouble over the last few years with service. Yes. once I had a start date for my renovations the service manager ( Tara) was very helpful in having my cover removed. Again Tara ( service) and Mike Evans ( sales have been great to work with. The demo crew ( Baruch) and the install crew (Mike) were wonderful to deal with. You definitely could use more of these kind of workers. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and their work ethic is impressive.That remains to be seen.
