I knew about Anthony & Sylvan's service team, because I had them install the pool years ago. I chose Anthony & Sylvan for my pool closing this season because I had a regular pool closer. It was a private person. He wasn't going to do it anymore, and so I thought it would be better to go with a company that put it in and who knows the equipment. My favorite thing about working with Anthony and Silvan Pools, they do a good job and come when they say they are coming. I'm happy with how they take care of the equipment. A positive interaction I have had with the pool service team was how I talked to some people about changing the motor for the hot tub and the things like that. I guess they did a cleaning of the filters and that kind of thing. They were always very informative and pleasant. I think it's important that the people who know the equipment, manufacturing of equipment, and the actual pool itself to be able to take care of it properly. I'm just happy with what they do. I know the pools is in good hands when they come to open, close it and inspect it. I think that's all a customer would want.
