I really can't remember how we heard about them. We have been using them for a while. It was probably just seeing their trucks around, honestly. We are on a regular schedule with them. They actually reach out to schedule their process, which makes it very easy for us. We have used them for repairs, but not renovations. They are pretty good about the appointment times. They do not leave too large of a time window, which I think is great. I think it is super disrespectful when companies have a large window. They also are always on time, and they seem to do a great job. My husband is usually the one that is here when they come. On the other hand, they always come and introduce themselves, they wore masks for Covid-19, and they have great customer service. I would recommend them.
