I thought it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Our salesperson, Ron, was really helpful and not pushy at all. The project team we worked with was communicative, clear on expectations, and delivered. It was a really great experience. When I think about other pool experiences with other companies, they can be a nightmare, but this was really smooth. We had been thinking about a pool for probably about six months. We heard about Anthony & Sylvan Pools from our builder. We chose them because they seemed to be the most credible. It does have a spa, and it is symmetrical. It was not a crazy design. My favorite thing about our pool is that we have one. It is exactly what we were looking for, and the quality and materials of the build were really high. I would like to recognize Ron who was our sales guy, Turbo who was our Project Manager, and Tonya and Warda who were behind the scenes to help coordinate our project. They were all excellent. In my opinion, it all exceeded our expectations.
