Tim Clark of Charlotte was our pool Designer. He really listened to us and worked with us through our many design clarifications/changes. Other companies that we quoted with either did not return our calls, told us what our pool design would be or came out once and vanished. Tim was exceedingly easy to work with, very professional and would still answer our calls a year after our pool has been built - if we had a reason to call him. Excellent work also to Corey (landscape) and Johnny (waterfall)!
