We started thinking about getting a pool during the pandemic. I researched reviews online, reached out to my top three companies and they were the first to respond. Our project manager always kept us informed of the different phases of the pool construction. Whenever we had questions or a problem with something we would reach out to him and he would follow up the issue until resolved. The pool is freeform with no spa. We love the size and design. The way it was designed makes it look like it has been there for years. Our project manager, Dan Dockery, was excellent.
