I am likely to recommend Anthony & Sylvan Pools to a friend because even though there were ups and downs, they did a fantastic job of landing our pool, and they have great potential for the future.We had been thinking about a pool for about 8 months. I was referred by a coworker and I chose them because I felt that the value they offered based upon the discussions with the design consultant was the best. It is geometric without a spa. My favorite thing is the style, it fits in with the overall style of our home. It does meet our needs. Anthony & Sylvan took great care to safeguard our pool for our special need's daughter as well. She is autistic, and since she doesn't understand the dangers of the water, we had to build the pool to a very specific depth requirement so that she wouldn't have the water above her head at any point in the pool. They listened to us, and took our families larger consideration and safety into account when building the pool. I would like to recognize Tim, our project manager, for his exceptional service. He did an amazing job. I know he hasn't been with the company that long, but he did an amazing job. He made several trips out to answer questions and answered random texts throughout the day. He was there through it all. I also would like to recognize Dave, our designer, as well. He listened to us and asked what I consider more qualifying questions instead of just trying to sell us. Anthony & Sylvan met our expectations in the overall process and how smoothly it went. There were definitely some hiccups, but overall it went very well.
